Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PostMesh. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are using PostMesh on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

PostMesh lets you connect supported social networks, compose and tailor posts per network, schedule and publish them, and read back analytics and engagement where each network allows. Network coverage rolls out over time and individual features may be in alpha; we describe the current status honestly on our features and platforms pages.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the service.

When you connect a social network you also agree to that network's own platform terms and developer policies, which apply in addition to these terms. We act on your behalf only to the extent you authorise, and only within the limits each network's API permits. You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with each network's rules.

You agree not to use PostMesh to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content; to spam or to circumvent a network's rate limits or automation rules; to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; or to access another customer's data. We may suspend accounts that put the service or a connected network at risk.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval you choose. Every plan includes the full product; tiers differ only by capacity (connected accounts, storage and AI credits). New subscriptions start with a trial as described on the pricing page, and you can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in EUR.

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and publish that content to the networks you select, including generating the renditions required to publish. Storage limits apply to your uploaded originals; the conversions we generate to publish do not count against your storage.

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Networks can change or restrict their APIs at any time, which may affect coverage. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or use the service in a way that endangers it or a connected network. On termination we delete connected-account tokens and handle your remaining data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; we will post the new version here and update the date below, and material changes take effect on your next use. These terms are governed by the laws of the EU member state in which PostMesh is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions can be sent to legal@postmesh.xyz.
