Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most about running every network from one place.
- Ten: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube are building first, with TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and Bluesky rolling out. Because we build a direct integration per network, coverage ships platform by platform as each one's app review clears — we never market a network before its review is approved.
- Write a shared base in the composer, then optionally override any network's caption, hashtags, first comment or media. Pick one account, a few, or every publishable account in a click. Each target is validated against that network's real limits and resolves to its native post shape before it goes out.
- You get one grouped digest, not twenty emails. Every failure is attributed — something you fix (reconnect an account, shorten a caption), something we retry automatically (rate limits), or something we're already on — each with the reason and a one-click path to fix it.
- No. Publishing uses a one-shot commit with verify-before-retry: we only retry on a confirmed platform rejection, and when an outcome is uncertain (say, a timeout) we check before ever re-sending — so you never get a duplicate that hurts your reach.
- Four EUR plans — 8, 15, 30 and 50 euros a month — and every plan includes the full product. Tiers differ only by connected accounts, storage and AI credits. Annual billing saves 20%, and a Scale tier lets you set any account capacity beyond 50. There is no free tier, but every plan starts with a 7-day trial, cancel anytime.
- On EU infrastructure, never on US-owned cloud. Your uploaded media lives in EU object storage; the renditions we generate to publish are deleted shortly after, and we never warehouse data a network's terms forbid us to keep.
