How billing & subscriptions work
No surprises. Here is exactly what you pay, when you pay it, and how every change to your plan is billed — from your free trial to cancellation.

From sign-up to your first charge

Create your account
Register with email and a password (or a passkey). Your first workspace is created for you.

Choose a plan & capacity
Pick the plan that fits. On Scale you set the exact number of connected accounts you need.

Add your card
We collect your card securely through Stripe to start the trial — nothing is charged yet.

Use everything, free, for 7 days
The whole product is unlocked during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you are never charged.

Your first payment
When the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged for the first period. It renews automatically until you cancel.
Your free trial
- It lasts 7 days and unlocks the entire product.
- A card is required to start it, but nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- When it ends it automatically becomes a paid subscription — cancel before then and you are never billed.
- One trial per workspace, so the offer can’t be farmed by making new workspaces.

Scale: pay per connected account
Beyond 25 accounts, Scale is priced per connected account — pick any exact number from 50 to 1,000. The rate is volume-based: your whole capacity is charged at the single tier it falls into, so the more you connect, the lower the rate on every account. Each account also includes 10 GB storage and 50 AI credits per month.

Scale is billed monthly — the bigger the tier, the lower the rate on every account. Need more than 1,000 accounts? Talk to us.
Changing your capacity
Adjust your Scale capacity any time from your billing page. How it’s billed depends on the direction — this is the part to know:
Adding accounts (upgrade)
Takes effect immediately. You’re charged a prorated amount for the extra accounts over the days left in the current period.
Removing accounts (downgrade)
Takes effect at your next renewal. You keep the capacity you already paid for until then — there’s no mid-cycle refund, and the lower price starts the next period.
- You can change capacity once per day.
- You can’t set a number below the accounts you currently have connected — disconnect a few first.
- Scheduled a downgrade and changed your mind? Pick a higher number before renewal to cancel it.
What “prorated” means
Proration means you only pay for the time you actually use. If you add accounts halfway through a month, you’re charged for that increase for the remaining half — not a whole month. Because an upgrade is billed for the time it’s active, briefly adding capacity and removing it later doesn’t get you a free ride: you pay for the days you had it.
Billing is per workspace
Each workspace has its own subscription and its own invoice — so an agency can bill clients separately. Inviting teammates is free: there is no per-seat charge, you only pay for capacity (accounts, storage, AI). If you run several workspaces, each is billed on its own.
Payment & security
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card. Your card stays on file for renewals, and receipts are emailed to your billing address. You can replace your card any time on the billing page.
If a payment fails
We retry automatically and email you to update your card. Your access continues during the retry window; update your card to clear the failure and keep your subscription active.
Cancelling
Cancel in one click. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for — no early cut-off. Change your mind during that grace period and you can resume instantly.
After you cancel
When the paid period ends, the subscription stops and publishing is paused. Your data stays put — resubscribe any time to pick up where you left off.
